The V-Strom hasn't changed all that much, but the pricing has, which is good news.
The 2025 Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE Adventure bike was recently introduced in India, and it has very little changes. The most recent model of Suzuki’s mid-size ADV was just introduced to our market, and the V-Strom 800 DE has been available for purchase in India for more than a year. There aren’t many changes for 2025; the bike now has new colour schemes and is OBD-2B emissions compliant.
While Glass Sparkle Black and Champion Yellow No 2 remain the same, Pearl Tech White, the new colour in question, now has blue rims instead of gold. Except for the 5-inch TFT display, every other visual component of the motorcycle is the same.

The V-Strom 800 DE’s 776cc parallel twin engine, which generates the same 84 horsepower and 78 Nm as previously, remains mechanically unchanged. The V-Strom boasts a substantial 220mm of suspension travel, despite its substantial weight of 232kg. In our evaluation, we found that this bike has some decent off-road performance when you add in 21-inch/17-inch wheel sizes and a fully adjustable suspension.
The V-Strom hasn’t changed all that much, but the pricing has, which is good news. Suzuki first offered the bike in March 2024 for an introductory price of Rs 10.30 lakh, which remained unchanged. The business has maintained this pricing through 2025.
With a few but important changes, the 2025 Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE made its debut in India, keeping its competitive edge at Rs 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom). OBD-2B emissions compliance and the addition of a new Pearl Tech White colour scheme with eye-catching blue rims to match the remaining Glass Sparkle Black and Champion Yellow No. 2 options are the main alterations for the most recent model.

The sturdy 776cc parallel-twin engine that powers the V-Strom 800 DE mechanically continues to produce 84 horsepower and 78 Nm of torque. Its outstanding 220mm of fully adjustable suspension travel and a competent 21-inch/17-inch wheel setup balance its large 232kg weight, guaranteeing appropriate off-road ability.
Adventurers looking for a well-equipped mid-size ADV will find the 2025 V-Strom 800 DE to be an even more alluring option due to the continuation of its introductory pricing point.
