Triumph Speed T4 Gets Heavy Discount: It Is The Most Affordable Triumph Till Date

At the end of the year, auto and motorcycle manufacturers entice consumers with alluring discounts in order to clear off their pending inventory. Triumph Motorcycles’ year-end promotion for the Speed T4 has been revealed. Now, interested buyers may get the Speed T4 for Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom), a reduction of Rs 18,000 from the original pricing.

Until the supplies run out, this deal is only available for orders made after December 14, 2024. Customers may make a reservation at Triumph Motorcycles India or contact a Triumph shop to learn more about the offer. The Speed T4, dubbed the “Unidentical Twin” of the Speed 400, was introduced in September of this year.

The Speed T4 is available from Triumph in three different colour options: Cocktail Wine Red, Phantom Black, and Pearl Metallic White. Although it has the same tubular steel frame as the Speed 400, it is supported by conventional 43mm telescopic forks rather than inverted front forks. A monoshock handles the rear suspension duties. A new quilted seat with 10mm more cushion thickness is also included for the comfort of the rider and pillion.

Despite using the same 398cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine as the previous 400cc Triumphs, the British motorcycle manufacturer intended the Speed T4 to have greater power lower in the rpm range so that it could be used in cities. Due to the assistance of a slip and assist clutch and a six-speed gearbox, this motor generates a detuned output of 30.6 horsepower and 36 Nm of torque. The sole notable elements of the more basic equipment aboard the Speed T4 are an LCD instrument cluster and LED lighting. Traction control and a USB charging connector are among the amenities it lacks.

The Triumph Speed T4 and the 2025 Triumph Speed 400 are two new motorcycles that Bajaj Auto and Triumph Motorcycles have introduced as part of their collaboration. Their respective ex-showroom prices in New Delhi were Rs 2.17 lakh and Rs 2.40 lakh. Despite having differing tuning, both bikes use the same 398cc TR-series engine.

There are three strong arguments in favour of the Triumph T4. The 400cc engine that powers the Triumph T4 is identical to that of the Speed 400, making riding it easy and smooth. Low maintenance and replacement costs are guaranteed by the use of reasonably priced parts including coaxial clippers, organic brake pads, and bi-sply tires. The Triumph T4 is less expensive than the Speed 400 when it is on sale. Offering a traditional fork-type telescopic suspension for a comfortable ride, it is less expensive without sacrificing quality.
