Ethicfin, the innovative fintech company based in Kerala’s Kozhikode, has been honoured the prestigious Award for Excellence in the Fintech Sector at the Future Summit 2025, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by media house MediaOne. The summit, marked by the participation of industry experts, leaders, and dignitaries such as His Highness Hussain S Al Shammari, Director at the Ministry of Media, provided a global stage for thought leadership and meaningful discussion on the digital transformation of finance and technology.

The accolade was presented to Ethicfin’s co-founder and CEO, Nadeer VK, in recognition of the company’s distinguished contributions and exemplary leadership in the fintech sector. Receiving the honour, Nadeer expressed his gratitude stating, “What began as a small step into the IT industry 15 years ago has now grown into a journey filled with purpose, people, and progress. This recognition belongs to every member of our Ethicfin family — our team, resellers, clients, and investors who continue to trust our vision.”

Ethicfin has built its reputation on providing a robust environment for business growth through modern, technology-centred solutions. The company’s cloud-based accounting software is at the heart of its efforts, empowering both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and larger businesses to streamline everyday operations, financial management, and strategic decision-making. Its user-friendly platform simplifies invoicing, regulatory compliance, and allows users to customise and track invoices efficiently. With thousands of current users, Ethicfin’s solution continues to attract attention for its range of practical features and global adaptability.

Ethicfin recently extended its footprint into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in response to the government’s mandatory e-invoicing regulations, which have rendered paper invoices obsolete. The company has adapted its cloud accounting platform for compliance with ZATCA regulations, ensuring seamless integration of country-specific requirements and data-driven improvements for SMEs and investors alike. Ethicfin’s strategic move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s digital initiatives, fostering a more connected and transparent financial ecosystem.

At the summit, Nadeer VK led a session titled “ZATCA and the Future of Intelligent Accounting”, emphasising how regulatory frameworks such as ZATCA now serve as gateways to financial intelligence, rather than mere compliance tools. He advocated for active business participation in these digital systems, noting that collective engagement accelerates progress and shared economic growth.

Ethicfin’s influence extends well beyond product innovation, as it actively drives dialogue on collaboration and digital transformation within the financial sector. The company currently operates in ten countries, with officials projecting expansion into forty nations over the next two years, strengthening its position as a leader in cross-border fintech solutions.
