Iranian Pharma Firm, Competitor to Israeli Company, Attacked Over Alleged Chemical Weapons Production Claim
Tehran, Iran: An Iranian pharmaceutical company — the only global competitor to an Israeli company in producing the active ingredient for multiple sclerosis medication — was reportedly attacked in the US-Israeli strikes.
The attack, Iran says, was carried out under the pretext of chemical weapons production, in an effort to eliminate their rival, an official post reads.

On March 31, another US-Israeli attack destroyed the Toufiq Pharma factory – a key producer of raw materials for hospital drugs and cancer treatments. Since the conflict began, Israel and US have reportedly targeted a number of Iran’s pharmaceutical and medical supply chain, with many facilities completely destroyed or damaged.
