The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has conducted the class 12 (Intermediate) exams from February 1 to February 15, 2025. Students are expecting the official announcement of the result date. However, no official confirmation about the result has come up from the BSEB, the result will likely be announced in the third week of March.

In the past few years, BSEB has given the result on time by bringing down the waiting period to less than 50 days. Considering the past year’s trends, it is expected that the result can be announced around Mid-to-late March 2025. Students who appeared for the board exams will be able to check the results on the BSEB official website.

The Bihar board has introduced several reforms to speed up the evaluation and result publication process. One of the significant changes was to introduce 50% objective-type questions in the inter-exams. In subjects with practical components, out of 100 marks, 30 marks were allotted to practical and 70 to theory. The theory exam consists of 50 percent multiple-choice questions (35 marks) and 35 marks for descriptive answers. This revision has resulted in quicker evaluation and timely announcement of results.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has also concluded the BSEB Matric exams on February 25, 2025. Reportedly, Bihar Board Class X exams were conducted for a total of 15 lakh, 85 thousand students at 1,677 exam centres across the state.
