GATE 2025 Application Window Ends Today
The online registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025) will end today, October 7, 2024. Candidates can apply till 11:59 pm via the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in with a late fee. The registration period without fee payment ended on October 3.
The late application for the SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates is Rs 1,400 while for the general category candidates, the fee is Rs 2,300. Applicants registered for two papers with a fee of Rs 900 for reserved categories and Rs 1,800 for others.
The GATE 2025 exam is scheduled for February 1, 2, 15, and 16 with two shifts in a single day. The detailed paper-wise schedule and admit cards will be released by the IIT Roorkee later.

Those who have a degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities are eligible to apply. Those currently in the third year or higher stages of undergraduate programs can also apply.
Candidates require a high-quality photograph, signature image, required certificates (SC/ST/PwD/Dyslexia), and valid photo ID including Aadhar-UID, passport, PAN card, Voter ID or Driving Licence.

Step 1: Go to the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on apply now button and fill the appliaction form
Step 3: Upload the required documents and complete the payment process
Step 4: Submit the application form and download it
Step 5: Save/print out the application form for further reference
