Karnataka SSLC, PUC Datesheets Released; Check @kseab.karnataka.gov.in
The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced the board exams 2026 schedule for SSLC and PUC (1st and 2nd year) students. Candidates can check and download the timetable on the official KSEAB website– kseab.karnataka.gov.in.
According to the datesheets, the SSLC Exam 1 for Class 10 will be held from March 18 to April 2, 2025, in a single shift from 10 am to 1:15 pm, starting with the first language paper and ending with the core subject. SSLC Exam 2 is scheduled from May 18 to May 25, 2025, also in the same shift, beginning with the first language paper and concluding with the JTS subject.
The Karnataka Board will hold PUC Exam 2 for Class 12 from April 25 to May 9, 2025, in a single shift from 10 am to 1 pm. The exams will begin with Kannada and Arabic papers and conclude with subjects like Hindustani Music, Electronics, and IT.

The board has proposed a significant relaxation in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination passing criteria, reducing the overall passing marks from 35 percent to 33 percent.
A draft notification issued by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) recommends lowering the minimum subject-wise passing mark from 35 per cent to 30 per cent and introducing an overall pass requirement of 33 per cent average marks combining internal and external assessments.
