NEET UG 2026 Registration Likely To Start Soon
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to start the registration process for NEET UG 2026 soon on its official website – neet.nta.nic.in. Although the official notification is yet to be released, several reports indicate that the application process is likely to start in early February 2026.
Aspirants interested in taking the entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses are advised to prepare their documents and check the official website for recent updates. NEET UG is held for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other medical courses in India.
As per the previous schedule, the exam is expected to be held in May 2026.
The exam date of registrations is not revealed yet, however following the previous year’s trends it is likely to start from first week of February 2026.
NEET UG 2026 will likely be conducted in offline mode using pen and paper mode. The exam duration remains three hours. The question paper include questions on physics, chemistry and biology. A total of 180 question will be asked and each correct answer carries 4 marks while each wrong answer will be give minus one mark.
Candidates who have cleared class 12 or appearing in class 12 become eligible to appear for the NEET UG exam.
