NTA Seeks Student Consent For CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-Exam

National Testing Agency (NTA) has sought consent from candidates who have already appeared for the Accountancy paper during 13th to 16th May 2025. As per the official notice such candidates will be given an opportunity to either retain their examination or to re appear in the revised question paper pattern.

Reportedly, the accountancy paper had questions beyond the prescribed syllabus. In response, the NTA has changed the structure of the accountancy test and asked students to opt for a re-test for one more time from Unit V or skip it entirely. The rest of the paper, covering Units I to IV, will remain unchanged.

It is once again reiterated that the candidates who are interested in appearing in the re-test are required to give their consent on the given below, latest by May 23, 2025, till 1 PM at – examinationservices.nic.in

In case no response (Yes/No) is received within the stipulated time, the scores obtained in the test conducted from 13th to 16th May 2025 shall be considered as final score.

Further, details regarding the date, time, and centre for the retest will be communicated well in advance and will be available on the official website of NTA.
