
Supreme Court Dismisses NEET PG 2025 Stay Plea For Counselling
Justice Pardiwala, while listening to the matter related to the stay of the NEET PG 2025 counselling, has dismissed it and also directed NBEMS to place a full record, all matters tagged, transparency hearing for the next week.
The Supreme Court was hearing a petition related to the NEET PG 2025 Transparency matter challenging the NBEMS notification. A writ petition was filed by the candidates for an urgent hearing with respect to the NEET PG result-related matters.

Justice Pardiwala said, “Why do you say there is no transparency? Whenever the court passes some order, people think, let’s go to the Supreme Court, whether it is for answer ID or questions or answer key”.
The aggrieved petitioners filed a contention with the arbitary corrective notice by NBEMS date Aug 21, 2025, where it decided to display NEET PG 2025 answer key material only with reference to a Question IDs of Master Set of question paper, correct answer key and responses marked, making the disclosure effectively non-verifiable for the average candidate and defeating transparency in a high stake national exam.
