The world is all set to witness the biggest night of Hollywood, Oscar 2025, on March 2. As we are getting close to the big night, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has unveiled the names of the first batch of presenters, who are set to announce the winners.
Keeping with the tradition, last year’s Oscar winners Emma Stone, Cillian Murphy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Robert Downey Jr. are set to return to the 2025 ceremony as presenters. As this list sparks excitement, let’s take a look at the Oscar achievements of the stars.

Emma Stone won the best actress award for playing Bella Baxter in Poor Things by Yorgos Lanthimos. Stone is a two-time Oscar winner, having won previously for her role in Damien Chazelle’s La La Land.
Whereas, Cillian Murphy won the best actor award for his role as J. Robert Oppenheimer in Christopher Nolan’s directorial, Oppenheimer. Randolph won best supporting actress for her performance as Mary Lamb in The Holdovers, directed by Alexander Payne. Finally, Robert Downey Jr. won the award for best supporting actor for playing Lewis Strauss in Oppenheimer.
On announcing the list, the Academy wrote, “They know what it’s like to hear their name called—now they’re passing the honor on. Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Emma Stone are returning to the Dolby Theatre stage to present at the 97th Oscars.”

Conan O’Brien will host the 97th Oscars ceremony, which will be held at the Dolby Theatre on March 2 at 4 p.m. PT and 7 p.m. ET. Viewers can tune into the show on ABC or stream it live on Hulu, an option added for the first time this year. The red carpet begins airing 30 minutes before the ceremony.
The production team includes executive producer and showrunner Raj Kapoor, executive producer Katy Mullan, co-executive producer Rob Pain, and producers Sarah Levine Hall, Taryn Hurd, Jeff Ross, and Mike Sweeney. Mandy Moore is the supervising choreographer, and Noah Mitz and Bob Dickinson will be lighting designers. Hamish Hamilton will direct the show.
