Since S. Shankar’s directorial Game Changer hit the big screen on Friday, reviews have been pouring in across social media, with many praising the movie, calling it a worthwhile theatrical movie. The action-packed movie, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles, has an impressive cast.

Another reviewer, Indian Box Office, observed that the Game Changer is a grand “comeback of the director with an engaging political drama, though the subject is routine. It noted that the execution deserves distinction marks. “The screenplay is choc-a-bloc with clap-worthy dialogues. The confrontational scenes between #RamCharan and #SJSuryah are the highlights of the movie,” the review noted, adding that  the first half dawdles along but the second half is a breeze.

“#RamCharan delivers a first-rate performance and is sure to win many awards this year. #SJSuryah is terrific as well. #KiaraAdvani & #Anjali enact their parts with sincerity. The climax is truly ‘unpredictable’. Songs are well-tuned and their picturization is truly splendid,” the user wrote, highlighting that the movie is a gripping movie with a generous dose of political messaging while hoping that the film would create ripples at the Box-Office.

Another reviewer, Manu, negated the film calling it a routine and outdated story.  He stated that the movie has a predictable screenplay and outdated comedy scenes.
