Filmmaker Atlee, who is looking forward to the release of Baby John, the action thriller starring Varun Dhawan, is all set to start his next project with actor Vijay Sethupathi. With the reunion of the two individuals, known for their versatility, the anticipation over their second collaboration generated significant excitement from fans.
Atlee is known for his successful ventures such as Mersal and Bigil, while Vijay Sethupathi has earned widespread recognition for his versatile performances in films like Super Deluxe and Soodhu Kavvum, among others.

Director Atlee and Vijay Sethupathi made a blockbuster Hindi entertainer with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. This time, the duo is expected to make a major production in Kollywood. The update about Atlee’s next directorial was dropped by him during the promotional event of Baby John.
When asked about his next project, Atlee revealed that his next film, directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan, famous for the film Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, will have Vijay Sethupathi headlining it.
Atlee also revealed that the surprise project has been in the works for a long time, and the script has only recently been finalised.

The director also promised that the film would be a grand celebration, teasing fans with the prospect of a spectacular cast for the yet-to-be-titled movie. However, fans have to wait a little longer to know the details about the storyline, cast, and crew.
As of now, Atlee is gearing up for the release of Baby John, an adaptation of his Tamil blockbuster film Theri, headlined by Thalapathy Vijay. Baby John will feature a stellar cast including Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Sanya Malhotra, among others. The film will hit the screens on December 25, as a Christmas treat.
