Australia's OnlyFans Star Annie Knight Hospitalised After Sleeping With 583 Men: “Shocked By How Easy”
Annie Knight, a prominent Australian OnlyFans adult content creator who describes herself as the nation’s “most sexually active woman”, was hospitalised following a controversial challenge in which she claimed to have slept with 583 men in just six hours. The 27-year-old revealed that her body had reached its limit, and she was admitted to hospital with excessive bleeding and pelvic pain shortly after completing the event.
Knight, who was diagnosed with endometriosis in her mid-20s, explained that the high-intensity nature of the challenge may have aggravated her condition. Endometriosis causes tissue similar to the uterine lining to grow outside the uterus, often leading to debilitating pain, heavy bleeding, and in some cases, infertility. In an Instagram post from her hospital bed, she wrote, “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body.”
Speaking to news.com.au, she admitted she began to feel unwell soon after the challenge. “I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge… it was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.” She also noted that she had started her period the day before, but had an IUD in place, so the bleeding was initially light.
The event, held on 18 May 2025, attracted more than 500 participants, with over 2,000 men originally registering. Knight hired a swingers club for the venue and brought in a team of 12 staff to handle logistics. All attendees had to show ID, sign waivers, and were provided with condoms and balaclavas to protect anonymity. She spent roughly \$10,000 to cover all costs, including security, venue hire, and filming equipment.
In a candid interview with US Weekly, Knight said she was initially nervous. “The most I’ve done before that was 24 in a day,” she said. “But it was honestly fine. I was shocked by how easy it was.” She did, however, lament the absence of her designated “fluffer” — a person who keeps male participants aroused — which meant she had to do more than anticipated. “My jaw was very sore by the end of the day,” she added.
Knight has faced criticism online and from medical professionals concerned about the health risks of such a stunt. However, she has defended both herself and the men involved. “People seem to get so uptight about it… I’m providing a service for free. These guys just want to have sex and have fun. I don’t understand why people are so mean about it.”
She also expressed appreciation for the men who participated. “I had guys message me saying ‘Thanks so much for today, I was number 206’. Some drove for six hours. Some flew interstate just to be there and flew back the same day. It was pretty crazy.”
Knight, who is engaged to Henry Brayshaw, said he supported her throughout the event, calling to wish her luck and speaking with her afterwards. She has also stated that she plans to take a short break to recover but is eager to return to work. “I’m not letting this slow me down,” she said. “I’ll rest for a week and get back to it.”
Known for her ambitious adult content goals, Knight claims she earns over $200,000 a month from her OnlyFans platform and has now set her sights on a new challenge: to sleep with 500 virgins by the end of 2025. So far, she has reached 223.
Despite the public backlash and personal toll, Knight remains resolute. “The more they hate on me, the more views I get, and the more money I make,” she said. “I think people are just jealous.”
