According to reports, stand-up comic and Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faraqui has tied the knot with celebrity makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwala in an intimate wedding in Mumbai in the presence of close friends and family.
The couple reportedly had a secret wedding earlier this month, which was followed by a reception on May 26 at Mumbai’s ITC Maratha. A grand reception is scheduled to be held at ITC Grand Central, a venue known for hosting high-profile events, according to the Times of India.
Although the couple has not made any official announcements yet, speculations about their wedding started swirling after a fan account posted a picture of a wedding invitation claiming to be Munawar’s. The blue coloured invitation read, “Nikah of M & M.”

Based on the Times of India, this is Mehzabeen’s second marriage. She has a 10-year-old daughter from her first marriage. Munawar also has a son named Mikael from his previous marriage. Reportedly, the two met for a professional meeting before love made its way and the couple bonded on their shared experiences.
Munawar had revealed information about his first marriage during his stint on Bigg Boss 17. He had said that although he had married a person of his choice, it did not work out for him.
