The actress posted the trailer on her X handle with the caption, “Will this South Delhi princess find her place in the city of dreams? Whatever happens, a bae-ry interesting story awaits!  #CallMeBaeOnPrime, Sept.”

The trailer opens with Bella (Ananya) introducing herself as a princess born with a golden spoon. The next few cuts explain the “golden spoon” lifestyle of Bella aka Bae. The fairy tale of this privileged  princess was smooth until something shook her world – the “upgradation” to the middle class. And so begins the hustler journey for Bae to create her own identity.

The trailer makes jokes when Bella says, “Technically, news channels actually work for us” and her shock over bread, “I thought it was eradicated from the world like polio,” creating a comedic story as Bae figures out the real world.
