With the release of Ananya Panday’s heiress to hustler Prime Video series around the corner, the makers have introduced the characters around ‘Bae with an interesting update. Ananya is all excited about her series debut with Call Me Bae on September 6.

Months after the announcement, the makers are set to unveil the trailer tomorrow, August 20. Prior to the trailer release, Ananya introduced the key players in Bae’s hustler journey.

The actress dropped a few selfie capture posters of the series to familiarise the characters to the audience. The clicks capture the characters named Neel, Satyajit, Prince, Agastya, and the girls Sairaa and Tammaraah. Posting these intro cards, the actress on X wrote, “Hold your breath ‘cause the trailer’s dropping tomorrow!”

Featuring Bella’s journey in eight episodes, the series narrates the story of a young woman who is downsized from heiress to hustler after a scandal. She learns that her most valuable assets are not her diamonds, but her street smarts and style. Broke but refusing to be broken, she navigates the newsrooms of Mumbai, finding beaus, sisterhood, and her better self.

The Amazon Prime series is directed by Collin D’Cunha, features Ananya as the lead Bella “Bae” Choudhary, alongside an interesting cast which includes Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

Meanwhile, the actress has also assigned herself to a cutting-edge thriller on Netflix titled CTRL. Pushing the traditional boundaries of storytelling, the series is expected to get the audience to ponder on their controls over technology.
