Centre Announces Third Highest Civilian Award Padma Bhushan For Veteran Malayalam Actor Mammootty
New Delhi: The Union Government on Sunday announced the names of the recipients of the coveted Padma Awards 2026 on Sunday, January 25. The country’s third highest civilian award, Padma Bhushan will be conferred to Veteran Malayalam actor Mammootty and renowned Bollywood singer Alka Yagnik.
President Droupadi Murmu will present the award at Rashtrapati Bhavan later this year.
