Vineeth Srinivasan’s directorial prowess, Varshangalkku Shesham, will release today. The film weaves the labyrinthine globe of cinema through the experiences of Murali and Venu. It tells the story of another shade of friendship between the two over the period of five decades.

The film is set in 1970s and chronicles the life of two individuals navigating through their dreams to build their name in the cinematic world. The two, namely Venu, portrayed by Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Murali, portrayed by Pranav Mohanlal leave their hometown in Kerala setting out for Kodambakkam, Madras, which is considered as the hub of South Indian film industry during early 1970 s and 1980s.

The film is the sixth directorial prowess of Vineeth Srinivasan and boasts a stellar cast ensemble. It Have Pranav Mohanlal, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese, Basil Joseph, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Neeraj Madhav and Vineeth Srinivasan himself in cameo role.

The film’s trailer gave a sneak peek into what Vineeth has created, hinting a heartfelt narrative that audiences are going to thoroughly enjoy. The trailer as carefully cut to keep the role of Nivin Pauly and Vineeth in the dark, arousing the curiosity.

Vrashangalkku Shesham will have a clash in theatres, as another movie is slated to it theatres today.  Fahadh Faasil’s Aavesham will also release today. Fans hold the opinion that it is going to be a tug of war theatres with two promising films releasing at the same date.
