As part of the promotion of his upcoming movie Jawan Shah Rukh Khan on Saturday interacted with his fans and followers on X (formerly Twitter).

Mr Khan engaged audience through an #AskSRK session and received warm responses for his new look and upcoming movies. He also reacted to Alia Bhatt”s National Award win and Sunny Deol”s Gadar 2.

During the #AskSRK session, one fan asked SRK, whether he feels proud for Alia Bhatt? “Yeah so happy for her and congratulations to all other winners too!!”, replied SRK. Alia Bhatt won the 69th Best Actress National Award recently for her acting in Gangubai Kathiawadi. 


Another inquired whether Salman Khan”s latest look seems to be promotion for Jawan. SRK replied that, “Salman doesn”t need to look differently to show love for me… he loves me from his heart… that”s all”. Salman Khan was spotted and left his fans surprised over his new bald look on last Sunday night.

While another asked if he watched Sunny Deol”s Gadar 2, the sequel of the 2001 movie, SRK responded saying, “Yeah I loved it”.


“Are you still learning new experiences from your artistic works, Jawan, after more than thirty years have passed since you entered this field, or are you refining them, or have you become the source of inspiration? I believe in the third possibility”, asked a fan in the #AskSRK session.

“I just keep trying to learn everyday and work selflessly to entertain. An entertainer has to love his audience more than loving himself/ herself. It’s been a long learning road so far”, replied SRK wholeheartedly.


One of the fan asked that, out of the five different looks SRK is having in Jawan, which is the most dangerous. “Actually there are many more faces in the film. Wait and watch”, he replied.

#AskSRK is a usual promotion practice of Shah Rukh Khan for his upcoming movies. This time he did the session on behalf of the Atlee directorial Jawan which will hit the theatres on September 7. He was last seen in Pathaan, alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.

SRK”s upcoming also features Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Sunil Grover. The first romantic track from the film titled Chaleya, is already a hit with the audiences.
