Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s Mr & Mrs Mahi released its first poster and it was all smiles and laughter. The Sharan Sharma directorial sports drama features a “imperfectly perfect relationship” between the two talented actors.
The first poster showed Jahnvi and Rajkumar screaming with joy while facing each other. The pair appeared to be in a celebratory mood. Three posters were shared by the team members and all three posters showed a happy couple. The pair appeared sharing happy moments of joy amidst a crowd gathered to watch a game.
Sharing the poster on her Instagram handle, Jahnvi wrote, “Miliye Mr aur Mrs Mahi se, inke liye life is cricket aur cricket is life (cricket and red heart emoticons) cricket se badh ke (after cricket), Mr Mahi only loves his dear wife”.

The poster held a tagline that read, “an imperfectly perfect partnership”. The film will hit silver screen on May 31. It marks the second work of Sharma, whose directorial debut was Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. This is the second collaboration of Sharan Sharma and Jahnvi Kapoor.
Recently, the Mili star promoted her character Mahi at the Indian Premier League. During a match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians held in Mumbai, Jahnvi appeared. She posted a picture taken from car and wrote “Mahi’s day out… Mr Mahi missed you there @rajkummar_rao”.
