It's A Baby Girl For Swara Bhasker And Fahad Ahmad

Actress Swara Bhasker and political activist Fahad Ahmad became parents and welcomed a baby girl to the family. The couple named the child Raabiyaa. According to a social media post by the actress, Raabiyaa was born on September 23.

“A prayer heard, a blessing granted, a song whispered, a mystic truth.. Our baby girl Raabiyaa was born on 23 Sept. 2023. With grateful and happy hearts we thank you for your love. It’s a whole new world,” the actress wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Swara Bhasker, who is famous for movies like Tanu Weds Manu (2011), Raanjhanaa (2013), Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015), Nil Battey Sannata (2016), Anaarkali of Aarah (2017) Veere Di Wedding (2018) and Jahaan Chaar Yaar (2022), married her boyfriend Fahad Ahmad in a court marriage in February this year. She had then shared the news on social media with a video chronicling their love story, which began at a protest.

Ms Bhasker, daughter of a Navy veteran and a Jawaharlal Nehru University professor, is also an activist who was vocal against the government during the Citizenship bill protests of 2020.
