Maa Trailer: Kajol's Mythological Horror Promises Thrills With Buried Secrets
Kajol’s upcoming mythological horror thriller titled Maa is here to thrill the audience with love, suspense and spine-chilling horror. Directed by Vishal Furi, the trailer offered a sneak peek to the audience with a cool-toned horrific shot. Let’s decode what this new chapter from the world of Shaitaan is set to offer.
Produced by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, the makers of Shaitaan are here to thrill the audience once again with the elements of mythology, horror, suspense and love. Scheduled to hit theatres on June 27, the horror thriller is set to be released in multiple languages, such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.

Now let’s dive into the horrific world of Maa. The trailer begins with the introduction of Kajol and her daughter, played by Kherin Sharma, driving through a dark, scary road. Within a few seconds, the breeze of horror arrives with a dead body crashing into their car.
The trailer begins to unveil the plot when Kajol’s character takes her daughter to an old mansion. Despite the warning, the daughter gets curious and asks another girl living there to show her a locked-off part of the house. The wandering of the girls signals danger with a warning of a ghostly presence.
Maa is the story of a mother who becomes Kali to end a demonic curse rooted in fear, blood, and betrayal.

Alongside Kajol, the film also stars Indraneil Sengupta, Kherin Sharma, Jitin Gulati, Gopal Singh, Surjyasikha Das, Yaaneea Bharadwaj, Roopkatha Chakraborty, and Ronit Roy in lead roles.
