Mammootty’s Turbo All Set For May 23 ReleaseTurbo, starring Malayalam acting legend Mammootty, and directed by Vaisakh, will hit theatres worldwide on May 23, announced the makers of the movie. Turbo, releasing after Mammootty’s long spring of successful movies like Bramayugam, Kaathal The Core, Abraham Ozler and Kannur Squad, is written by Midhun Manuel Thomas.

The Mammootty starrer movie had earlier reported to be released on June 13. However, the movie producer Mammootty Kampany today announced the early arrival of the action-packed entertainer.
The movie marks the third collaboration of Mammootty and filmmaker Vysakh after the release of the mass masala entertainers Pokkiri Raja and Madhura Raja. Both were huge commercial hits with excellent box office collections.
Besides Mammootty, the Turbo boasts an impressive cast, with Kannada star Raj B Shetty and Telugu actor Sunil appearing in pivotal roles alongside the megastar.
Mammootty as the lead character Turbo Jose is expected to deliver outstanding performance. From the clips and posters released to date, the movie is believed to be a cinematic spectacle for the viewers. It is also said to be a potential gift for the megastar’s fans with moments to celebrate on the big screen.
The movie’s pre-release waves suggest that the cinephiles are eagerly waiting to watch the action thriller. The movie has reportedly used a pursuit camera system, which is used to film the chasing sequences. The system has been only used in Hollywood and some Bollywood movies.
