Poster Out: Kunchacko Boban, Dileesh Pothan And Others Team Up For ‘Oru Durooha Saahacharyathil’
The first look of Oru Durooha Saahacharyathil, the much-anticipated psychological comedy helmed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, was unveiled on Saturday, marking the filmmaker’s creative reunion with actor-producer Kunchako Boban.
Backed by Listin Stephen under Magic Frames and Boban’s own Udaya Pictures, the film has officially gone on floors following a traditional pooja ceremony.
Known for their successful 2022 collaboration Nna Thaan Case Kodu, which received both critical acclaim and box office success, Ratheesh and Kunchacko are venturing into fresh thematic terrain with Oru Durooha Saahacharyathil, which the director describes as a psychological comedy.

Behind the camera, the technical team comprises cinematographer Arjun Sethu, editor Manoj Kannoth, and music director Dawn Vincent, all of whom bring their distinct artistic touch to the film.
Kunchacko Boban, who was recently seen in Jithu Ashraf’s hit thriller Officer on Duty and had a cameo in Ratheesh’s whimsical spin-off Sureshanteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hrudayahariyaya Pranayakadha, seems to be enjoying a creatively rich phase.
He also features in Mahesh Narayanan’s ambitious multi-starrer Patriot, reportedly starring industry giants Mohanlal, Mammootty, Fahadh Faasil, and Nayanthara.

Interestingly, Ratheesh had once hinted at another collaboration with Boban titled Anyagraha Jeevikal, a science fiction venture, though its current status remains unclear.
Earlier this month, in addition to launching Oru Durooha Saahacharyathil, producer Listin Stephen also announced two upcoming projects—one to be directed by debutant Amal Sheela Thamby, and the other by Garudan director Arun Varma.
