R Madhavan Buys New Apartment In Mumbai's BKC Worth Rs17.5 Crore

Renowned actor R Madhavan has acquired a new residential property in Mumbai. As per the reports, the actor has extended his real estate portfolio by investing Rs 17.5 crore in his new property.

The actor-director, fondly known as Maddy, beloved for his versatile roles has invested in a residential property in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex also known as BKC.

According to Squareyards.com, an integrated platform for real estate and mortgages, Madhavan purchased the apartment, which is ready for immediate occupancy, covering about 389 square meters (4,182 square feet) and comes with two parking spaces. The property is located in Signia Pearl, an upscale residential address located in the corporate neighborhood of Bandra Kurla Complex.

According to Squareyards, the sale deed, finalized on July 22, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

On the work front, Maddy will next be seen in S. Sashikanth’s debut film Test, a sports drama film also featuring Nayanthara and Siddharth. He also has Mithran R. Jawahar’s family drama, the biopics of Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu, Chempakaraman Pillai, C. Sankaran Nair, and Swati Singha’s science-fiction film G in the pipeline.
