Actor R. Madhavan has unveiled his secret to his fitness routine, in replying to a fan’s question about his fitness transformation in 21 days from his previous look in the film Rocketry.

The Shaitan actor, fondly known as Maddy, shared the secret ingredient to his extortionary fitness transformation answering a fan’s curiosity over his fitness journey. An X user recently shared a video of Madhavan explaining his transformation from the Nambi look, losing kilos of body weight, where the actor discussed the importance of food habits, specifically mentioning “no running, no exercise.” Raising doubts about the actor’s claim, the user questioned the possibility of such a weight loss routine.

Explaining the claim, the actor revealed his incorporating intermittent fasting method in his fitness routine, where the actor wrote, “Intermittent fasting, heavy chewing of food 45-60 times( drink your food and chew your water) .. last meal at 6.45 pm .( only cooked food -nothing raw AT ALL post 3 pm ) .. early morning long walks and early night deep sleep( no screen time 90 min before bed) … plenty of fluids .. lots of green vegetables and food that is easily metabolized by your body and healthy. Nothing processed at all.”

And at the end of the note, the actor wrote “ALL THE BEST” to convey his wishes to the user.

But it doesn’t stop here, the comment section was soon filled with different opinions of the X users, even though majority of the comments support the claim as a way of disciplined life. A user pointed out, “Here we have another nutritioner-cum-celebrity. If anything happens to the follower of the above will he take sole responsibility? He didn’t even care to tag a certain doctor or there was no disclaimer. I respect Madhavan sir so much and I respect his routine but each and every one is built differently and has a unique way of body functions and we cannot generalize.”

The video shared by the X user was a clip from the interview of the actor with Curly Tales, describing his intensive research. “I did a lot of research to find out how I can put on weight and then lose it quickly. The research took me to a test called applied kinesiology — which tells everybody, every one of us — how we are at any given point of time intolerant to a type of food because of our emotional state,” he explained.
