Sean Diddy Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegation
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who was accused of sexual assault and trafficking, faced another accusation by a woman from Florida who filed a lawsuit against the rapper in New York. Police officials are expected to hear one more sex worker’s testimony, which could result in the criminal charges mounting up against the rapper.
With the latest accusation, the lawsuit against the hip-hop mogul mounts to 12th with additional complaints against him. The latest accuser alleged the rapper of impregnating her after drugging and sexually assaulting her. The women also alleged that she was harassed by one of his associates to have an abortion which later led to a miscarriage.

In the latest lawsuit, the women referred as Jane Doe, described repeated physical and sexual abuse over a period of four years beginning in late 2020. She claimed that the sexual encounters were filmed by Diddy without her permission and she was pressured by him to engage in group sex with others, as per the legal document.
Her complaint also revealed that the forced consumption of ketamine, sexual assault and harassment resulted in a miscarriage. She further alleged that the rapper made threatening jokes that led her to fear for her safety. She claimed that he monitored her location and phone conversations, and that he discouraged her from working so he could pay her an allowance instead.

The woman’s lawyers, namely Joseph L Ciaccio and Marie Napoli, also made a statement to BBC stating that no one is above the law. “Fame and wealth do not protect Sean Diddy Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” they said.
On the other hand, Diddy remains in jail without bail in New York on charges alleging he ran a vast network that facilitated sexual crimes and committed shocking acts of violence, using blackmail and other tactics to protect himself and those close to him.
He pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. His attorney said he is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
