Malayalam actor and television presenter Sabumon Abdusamad has announced his directorial debut, revealing that his first film will be a courtroom drama. Collaborating with Spire Productions for their sixth venture, the project will be produced by Sanju Unnithan.
Sabumon shared his excitement, stating, “As an advocate of the law, I always knew my first film would take shape in a courtroom. While I can’t reveal too much now, I’m thrilled to have Pragya Martin on board. More details will follow soon.”
Known for his roles in films like *Double Barrel, Jallikkattu, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, and Iratta), Sabumon has also gained recognition through television shows such as Tharikida and Midukki. Additionally, he featured alongside superstar Rajinikanth in his latest release Vettaiyan, in an important role.
Sabumon rose to further fame by winning the first season of Bigg Boss Malayalam. With a legacy of memorable performances, his entry into filmmaking adds a new dimension to his career.
