Sangeeth Prathap-Sharaf U Dheen’s 'It’s A Medical Miracle' Hits Theatres Today
Sangeeth Prathap and Sharaf U Dheen starrer It’s A Medical Miracle has hit theatres today, September 18, marking the theatrical debut of filmmaker Shyamin Gireesh.
The Malayalam film, which combines elements of mystery, thriller and comedy, has opened across theatres in Kerala and other markets.
Written by actor Nileen Sandra, the film centres on Sangeeth Prathap’s character, who wakes up from a coma with an extraordinary ability to hear sounds with unusual clarity.
The premise takes an unexpected turn as he sets out to find the nurse whose voice he believes helped him stay connected while he was unconscious.

The story then moves into a mystery involving memories, revenge and concealed identities, with sound playing a key role in the narrative.
Sharaf U Dheen and Akhila Bhargavan play prominent roles alongside Sangeeth, with Kottayam Nazeer, Anand Manmadhan, Kiran Peethambaran and Parvathy R Krishna also part of the cast. Akhila reunites with Sangeeth after their appearance together in Premalu.
The film is directed by debutant Shyamin Gireesh, who previously worked with Nileen Sandra on the Karikku-backed mini-series Samarthya Shastram.
Akhil Xavier is the cinematographer, while Rakesh Cherumadom handles editing. Mujeeb Majeed has composed the music, with Nixon George responsible for sound design.
Ahead of its theatrical release, the film had its UAE premiere on September 16, with early social media reactions from viewers largely positive.
