Netflix has dropped the trailer on its official YouTube channel, revealing the ultimate challenge of The Umbrella Academy, as the dysfunctional superhero siblings embark on a mission to save the world once more.

The trailer opens with a timeline of the world ending within 24 hours. As the chilling voiceover, declares, “The world we live in is one big phony baloney lie. That tentacle boy is the key to understanding all the timelines.” As the trailer describes the timeline as the “time to sacrifice, and face the inevitable”, the battle to save the world begins, promising a visual treat.
The upcoming season will pick up from the explosive events of the previous installment, which concluded with a reset timeline at the Hotel Oblivion. This enigmatic statement hints at the crucial role Ben (played by Justin H. Min) will play in unraveling the mysteries of the show’s universe.
