Marvel is back with the much-awaited trailer of the live-action series Agatha All Along, a spin off series featuring none other than Agatha Harkness, portrayed by Kathryn Hahn from the acclaimed series WandaVision.

Hahn is making her return as the iconic and powerful witch. The makers released the first trailer and the first look of the new project on July 8. The trailer reveals the story will be picked up after the events of WandaVision, where Agatha was defeated by Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen.

The trailer begins to introduce Agatha in a powerless state, where a goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. The teen (Joe Locke) speculated to be Wiccan, seeks Agatha’s help to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road. This road is a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they are missing. Together, Agatha and the teen gather a desperate coven and begin their journey on the Witches’ Road. The two-episode series will treat its audience on September 8 only in Disney Plus Hotstar.

Ever since the drop of the trailer, many have speculated on Wanda Maximoff’s fate, as the trailer hints at Wanda’s death by ‘blunt force trauma,’ where she was last seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness. While the trailer confirms Wanda’s death, it also offers a glimmer of hope for fans of the comics that the Scarlet Witch might return. Agatha plans to head down the Witches’ Road, an alternate realm accessible only to magic wielders.
