Yuzvendra Chahal To Give Rs 60 Crores Alimony To Dhanashree As Divorce Settlement?
Rumours are circulating that Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife and actor Dhanashree Verma are getting a divorce, giving a huge amount of alimony.
According to a report by Times of India (TOI), Chahal might pay Dhanashree a massive Rs 60 crore in alimony. However, neither Yuzvendra nor Dhanashree has confirmed or denied these rumours.
The speculation started in late 2024 when people noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram. This led to discussions about potential trouble in their marriage.
Yuzvendra Chahal deleted all their pictures together from his social media, while Dhanashree still kept some of them on her profile.

The rumours gained more attention when RJ Mahvash posted pictures of a Christmas celebration in 2024, where Chahal was present.
This led to further speculations about his personal life. Dhanashree had previously addressed similar rumours in the past and dismissed them as baseless. She had called out “faceless trolls” on social media for spreading misinformation.
Chahal also shared a statement in January 2025, requesting people not to indulge in false speculations. He mentioned that such rumours were causing immense distress to him and his family. Despite these statements, discussions about their alleged separation have not died down.
The couple got married in December 2020 after getting engaged in August of the same year. They were seen as one of the most admired pairs in the sports and entertainment industry.

The divorce rumours surrounding Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal gained momentum in 2023 when Dhanashree dropped ‘Chahal’ from her Instagram profile, sparking speculation about their marriage. This change came on the heels of Chahal’s cryptic Instagram story, “New life loading,” which further fueled the rumours.
