1 Dead, Another Hurt After Car Driver Negligently Opens Door Hitting Speeding Motorcyclist In Firozabad
Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh: One person was killed and another seriously injured after their speeding motorcycle hit a car’s door when its driver suddenly opened it in the roadside. The door hit the motorcycle forcefully, taking the biker riders off the road.
The car driver’s alleged negligence while opening the door and the motorcyclist’s over speeding appears to be the reason for the tragic accident. The CCTV footage of the video has been doing rounds on social media, with several users questioning the car driver for his negligence while opening the door without proper monitoring of incoming vehicles.
The incident is under investigation. The Firozabad North Police Station team has sent the deceased’s body to the mortuary for postmortem examination. The police said that the injured person has been admitted to the hospital for immediate treatment.
“Investigation of CCTV footage and other relevant evidence is underway, and further legal proceedings are being conducted accordingly,” Firozabad police wrote on X.
