Bengaluru, Karnataka: A 25-year-old gym trainer, Nandan, was allegedly assaulted and killed after an altercation inside a client’s apartment in Bengaluru. Police have taken at least four people into custody in connection with the murder. The incident took place on Sunday morning at Kempapura during the gym’s first anniversary and an award ceremony on Saturday.
The deceased, a resident of Jakkuru Layout in Yelahanka, who worked as a trainer at a gym in Sahakara Nagar. Nandan was assaulted by his colleagues following a dispute at the apartment, leading to the fatality.

After the gym anniversary event, Nandan reportedly informed his family that he might return late and, if it got too late, would come home the following morning. He subsequently left with other gym staff members and friends.
The colleagues reportedly went to the apartment for the event, where a heated argument broke out between Nandan and the others during the party over personal issues. The argument allegedly escalated, following which Nandan was assaulted. He sustained serious injuries in the alleged attack, and later succumbed to his injuries.

As per reports, police have registered a case against three of Nandan’s colleagues – Vishwa, Sharath and Nishanth.
