BJP leader Pramod Yadav Shot Dead In Uttar Pradesh

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pramod Yadav was shot dead by unknown assailants in the Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh today, police said. The murderers reportedly stopped the BJP leader near Bodhpur village”s turn under the Sikarara police station area of Jaunpur district and shot him three times.

The Jaunpur police issued a statement on its official handle X regarding the incident and it reads, “On date-07.03.2024, Pramod Kumar Yadav suffered gunfire in Bodhapur village under Sikrara police station on the pretext of giving him a card. The injured was taken to the district hospital for treatment where he was declared dead by the doctors.”

The assailants who rode bike fled the crime spot, leaving their bike. The BJP leader was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but was declared dead by the doctors.
