Gen Z Again: Undeterred By Detentions And Blockade, Protests Intensify Against CEC Gyanesh Kumar
Once again, Gen Z has been marking their voice shortly after the earlier protest against union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan. This time, it is against the chief election commissioner of India (CEC), Gyanesh Kumar.
Though students’ unions, opposition parties and other activists announced the protest on Friday, what makes the movement remarkable is the spirit of the Gen Z for another time.

Despite police blockage, heavy security arrangements and detention, the protesters appear unflinching, echoing the previous demonstration, which forced the resignation of the education minister.
