Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: In a bizarre incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, an e-rickshaw driver, Deepak, pulled out a live hissing snake that bit him to demand quick care from the district hospital emergency ward on Tuesday, January 13.

Deepak reportedly grabbed the 1.5-foot cobra that bit his finger during a drive to Vrindavan and tucked it into his jacket pocket. After waiting for a long time, a frustrated Deepak pulled out the live snake from his jacket pocket, shocking the patients and staff, who scattered in panic. When the purported staff asks the man for him to see the snake, the rickshaw driver shows, stating “here it is.”

The police arrived and secured the scene. The doctors then provided the man with an anti-venom treatment, and he remains stable.

However, the incident has sparked laughers and bafflement online, with many users tagging and commenting on the popular meme slag, ‘India not for beginners’.

Notably, some handles have raised suspicious about the snake, claiming it is toy snake. An X user, slamming those who shared it as real noted, that how big handles can be so Naive not to understand that this is a Toy Snake .

“Snakes don’t open the hood in such condition they make an S shape and come back to Bite . He is a Toy snake locked in Hood style. This is just to defame the Hospital,” the user wrote while tagging Mathura police.
