Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh: In a shocking incident, a lawyer named Rajeev Singh was shot dead during his morning walk in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur. After shooting the advocate in broad daylight, the accused shooter and his associate jumped on their bike to flee. However, the bike did not start, and the riders quickly interchanged positions in panic.
When the onlookers rushed to the shooter to grab him, one of the assailants whipped out his pistol and aimed it straight at the crowd, intimidating them to move forward. The scooter then turned on, and the duo escaped the scene. The incident occurred in the Katwaru Ka Pura locality on Saturday morning.

The video of the incident has went viral on social media, sparking debate about the safety on people even during the broad daylight in the state. The victim Singh collapsed immediately and died on the spot after the assailant opened fire at him. The video showed the assailant opening fire at close range, while an accomplice remained seated on the motorcycle.
