Viral Kumbh Mela Girl Monalisa Accuses Director Sanoj Mishra Of Sexual Harassment

Monalisa Bhosle, who recently went viral during the Kumbh Mela, has levelled serious allegations of sexual harassment against filmmaker Sanoj Mishra, claiming he repeatedly misbehaved with her on a film set.

As per local media reports, she made the allegations during an emotional press conference held in Kochi, where she broke down while recounting her experience.

According to Monalisa, the alleged incidents took place while she was working on a film project. She claimed that the director “grabbed her multiple times” during the shoot, leaving her deeply distressed.

Speaking publicly for the first time, she said the experience had a lasting emotional impact on her and that she had remained silent for a long time due to a lack of support.

Monalisa also revealed that she had informed her family about the incident earlier, but they did not take her seriously at the time, reportedly dismissing it as part of her first film experience. This, she said, prevented her from speaking out sooner or taking action against the director.

She attended the press meet along with her husband, Farman Khan, and stated that she is now considering filing an official complaint against Sanoj Mishra. She also expressed concerns about her safety, adding that she fears for her life and is thinking about returning to her homeland.

The couple, who recently got married in Kerala, have been living in the state. However, Monalisa said returning home is not easy due to personal and safety challenges.
