Viral: Woman Screams, Curses, And Spits At Cab Driver For Being 7 Minutes Late
A video clip surfaced online where a woman can be heard screaming and cursing at a cab driver for arriving seven minutes late. The video has amassed over 50 thousand views, with netizens criticising the lady for her rude behaviour.
In the now viral video, the woman, on her way to work, can be heard shouting at the cab driver for arriving at 11:07 am instead of 11 am when she booked the cab for. “You take Rs 2 extra per minute. You arrived late; who’s going to pay for that?” she shouted in Hindi.

When the driver tried to say something, the woman interjected and kept asking why she should listen to a driver. “Drivero ki nahi sunti mein. Apni aukaad mein reh (I don’t listen to drivers. Stay within your limits.)”
When the cab driver politely asked her to get another cab instead, the lady began cursing at him for making her late for work. “I booked a cab for 11 am, and you arrived at 11:07 am. You made me late. Don’t talk nonsense. Everything is your fault. The day you learn from your mistakes, only then will you be able to rise beyond the position of a driver,” she shouted.
“Bachcho ko bhi driver banaiyo (Make your kids also driver),” she added before cursing at him.
After a series of expletives, the woman spat on the driver. As she continued to shout and threatened to raise a complaint against him, the cab driver asked, “You can complain against me, but why are you spitting on my face?” To which the woman replied, “Tere muh pe hi thookungi na (I’ll spit on your face).”
She then proceeded to exit the vehicle. The woman’s face isn’t visible on the video.

Netizens praised the cab driver for maintaining his patience and dealing with the situation maturely.
Social media slammed the unknown woman for her abusive behaviour towards the cab driver. While many criticised the woman for her lack of civic sense, one user urged cab services such as Uber, Rapido, and Ola to impose policies for the safety of drivers, including installing a camera inside cabs. Others called for a nationwide revoking of the woman’s access to cab services, to blacklist her.
Details about where the incident occurred and which cab service the driver worked for remain unknown so far.
