NTPC Limited Certified As A Top Employer 2024 In India

Dillip Kumar Patel, Director (HR), NTPC received Top Employers Award on behalf of NTPC at the Top Employers 2024 Certification Celebration Event held in Singapore.

The 2024 Top Employers of the Top Employers Institute were announced and NTPC Limited is certified as a Top Employer in India by the institute. The performance of NTPC was rated against an international standard to get the Top Employer status. In order to qualify for the certification NTPC completed the following steps including, HR Best Practice Survey, Validation and Audit.

The HR Best Practice Survey covers 6 domains consist of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing among others. As the survey is an international order; so, measuring parameters involves globally applicable best practices. The process of certification is rigorous and involves multiple stages of validation. All the participants have to complete various stages in the Certification Process to achieve the required score for certification to become an official Top Employer.
