Kozhikode: An elderly woman in Kozhikode has gone viral on social media after bravely confronting a scooter rider who was illegally riding on a footpath.
The incident happened near the Eranhipalam traffic signal earlier this week.

In the viral Instagram video, the woman is seen standing firmly on the footpath and stopping the rider from using the pedestrian path. She told him to move back onto the road and follow traffic rules.

Despite the rider initially arguing, the woman refused to step aside. She even took out her phone, possibly to record the violation. Her strong stand forced the rider to leave the footpath and return to the road.
