Neeraj Maurya Is Leading In Aonla Constituency

In the Uttar Pradesh, Aonla Lok Sabha constituency, SP candidate Neeraj Maurya is currently leading with 489,137 votes, surpassing his closest rival by 16,026 votes. BJP candidate Dharmendra Kashyap is in the second position with 473,111 votes, while the BSP’s Abid Ali is in third with 94,890 votes.

Dharmendra Kumar Kashyap, the incumbent MP from Aonla and the BJP candidate was seeking his third consecutive victory in the constituency. Neeraj Maurya, the SP candidate, is a prominent contender with a strong local presence and a history of party-switching. He was originally associated with the BSP, then switched to the BJP, and is now with the SP.

Aonla is a significant constituency in UP and has recently become a BJP stronghold with consecutive victories in 2014 and 2019. In the 2014 General Election, BJP candidate Dharmendra Kumar won with 409,907 votes, and in 2019, he secured victory with 537,675 votes.
