The player confirmed that he is going through worst moment of his life in a post he shared on Instagram. “It’s a very sad moment, the worst of my life, I know I’m strong but this time, I’m going to need my people (family and friends) even more. It’s not easy going through injuries and surgeries, imagine going through it all again after 4 months of recovery. But I have too much faith… I put my strength in the hands of God so that he can reinvigorate mine…”.

The Brazilian Football Confederation has confirmed that the player will have to go through a surgery as he has a torn ligament and meniscus in his left knee. The injury is expected to sideline the player for several months.
Earlier this year, the Al Hilal player underwent right ankle surgery that required months of recovery before leaving PSG.
Neymar”s career is plagued with injuries and had been sidelined for several matches in PSG. His fitness problems overshadowed throughout his football career.
