A video of captain Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill has gone viral ahead of Asia cup 2023 final match against Sri Lanka. In the video clip, the duo was seen talking outside an elevator in a hotel, Rohit reacted to the unknown comment of Shubman Gill, “Nahi aise nahi hoga, pagal hai kya (No, it won”t happen like this. Are you mad?)”. Fans on the internet are widely trying to guess what had led to this reaction from Rohit.

“Really know what Gill asked Rohit?” said a user. “Yeh koi Prank karwa raha hai (someone is doing a prank),” wrote another user.
Apart from this, India is all set to face Sri Lanka for the finals. India has won Asia Cup 7 times, while Sri Lanka six times. All eyes will be on Colombo and the weather when India meets Sri Lanka in its final match.
Though Sri Lanka lost to India four times in the Super Four stage in the Asia cup, they were able to beat them in the finals in 2004 and 2008.
In the ongoing Asia Cup, both Rohit and Shubman are in their best forms. In the previous match, though India lost to Bangladesh, Gill slammed a super century.
“I don”t think it has broken our momentum,” Gill told reporters after the narrow defeat. “We have played good cricket. Sometimes it happens on these wickets. I was set and should have finished off the game,” he added.
India crushed there arch nemesis Pakistan by 228 runs on 10th September, after a washout match in Pallekele.
With the World Cup awaiting from October 5, both the team will be looking forward to gain a momentum after securing a boosting win in the Asia Cup final.
India will meet the defending champions Sri Lanka in the final of Asia Cup 2023 on Sunday at the R Premadasa Stadium.
