Indian Premier League (IPL) fans on X trolled Riyan Parag following his 56-ball century for Assam on follow on. The Assam captain, dismissed for 8 runs off 29 balls in the first innings, took charge of the second innings to score a blistering 56-ball century.
Parag continued the onslaught to register 155 runs off 87 deliveries, ensuring their opponents Chattisgarh have to bat again. The 22-year-old hit 11 boundaries and 12 sixes in his whirlwind knock. But, somehow, it did not go down well among the IPL fans as they criticised and trolled him for his poor run in the lucrative tournament.
