This bonus pertains to the second quarter of the financial year 2025 which ended in September and will be paid out alongside November salaries.

Infosys’ decision to pay out bonuses comes after the company reported a 4.7% increase in net profit and a 5.1% rise in revenue. The company has also raised its revenue growth forecast for the financial year 2025.
Also, Infosys’ bonus policy remains independent of its hybrid work model which requires employees to work from the office for at least 10 days a month. This is in contrast to some of its competitors, such as TCS which has reportedly linked bonuses to office attendance.
In addition to the bonus payout, Infosys has also announced that salary hikes will begin selectively from January 2025 and will be extended to all employees by April 2025.
