As the conflict intensifies between Houthi forces and the Saudi-backed Yemeni government, a series of attacks and counterattacks have been taking place in Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Last week, a Houthi missile on Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport claimed at least 12 lives and over 300 injuries.

The US has ordered diplomats and family members to depart from its missions in Saudi Arabia amid the ongoing Houthi attacks. Reports say that several wealthy businessman are also leaving the country amid the Houthis threat, skyrocketing flight prices. The US embassy in Riyadh issued a security alert on Wednesday about possible further attacks by the Houthis on Saudi Arabia.
