
Macron Mentions Gaza Situation After Netanyahu Flies Over France; Called Out For Hypocricy
French President Emmanuel Macron has voiced over the dire condition, violence and bombing in Gaza. Macron mentioned the impact of ongoing war on Palestinian Man, Women and Children amid the blockade of Gaza and bombing by Israel after a ceasefire collapsed in mid March.
“Two million people trapped with no access to aid or assistance. Tens of thousands of dead people. The wounded. Orphans. This is the reality in Gaza today”, wrote the French President on X.

In the shared recorded video Macron said, “after months of months of bombing and a terrible war where tens of thousands of people have lost their lives. There are ten of thousands of children who are mutilated without families. That’s what we are talking about when we talk about Gaza. Its not a real estate project. Man and Women have faced tragedy and how these children will grow up. Can you imagine for a second”.

Macron Also mentioned people’s will to return to Gaza even after facing so much violence and atrocities. “We can not erase history or geography because if it were as simple as a real estate project”, says French President.
“There are two things: One is the legitimate right of Palestinian people to have a State, a territory and to live in peace, and the legitimate right of Israeli people to have their State”, Macron said.

Meanwhile France allowed Netanyahu to fly over French airspace on April 6, 2025 despite ICC arrest warrent on the Israeli PM. Notably, Israeli PM, met with US President Donald Trump marking the first effort by a foreign leader to talk and negotiate a deal after Trump announced tarrifs last week.
